ACCOUNTS KEPT CURRENT:
Are entitled to ONE (1) Short-Term Inspection Haul-Out (4 hrs MAX) with the travel lift PER YEAR
PARKING LOT BOAT STORAGE:
(MAY 1 - OCT 1) $4.00 per day PLUS slip rent
SHORE POWER:
For individual use & is available by electric meter. For additional information, contact the Marina Office.
DAILY RAMP FEE:
$10.00 per day (slip holders will not be charged for ramp use for boat on contract.)
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Outstanding balances are subject to 2% per month interest fee. If slip rent is not paid in advance of the quarter, your account is subject to a surcharge of $60.00 per QUARTER. Accounts 30 days PAST DUE will be pulled and blocked at the OWNER'S EXPENSE and their slip re-rented.
Slip holders are required to give a 30-day written notice of their intent to remove boats from the EZ Cruz facility prior to the cancellation of billings.
ELECTRICAL OUTLETS may be used on a temporary basis only.
SLIP FEES are NOT REFUNDABLE. SUB-LETTING IS PROHIBITED
